1Sept. 17, 1987 Mr. Ryan White Dear Ryan and Family: After having read of your situation in the August 3 "People Magazine", I was moved to write this letter to you for the purpose of directing your attention to some information that will provide encouragement to you in this time of need. "AiDS" is a devastating disease but the Bible speaks of a time where all the earth's inhabitants will be of strong mind and body. I mention the Bible, because in the article that I read, it mentioned how your and your mother say your prayers at night. This is a worthwhile thing to do. In fact, in your personal copy of the Bible note how the last inspired book describes what will soon happen for earth's inhabitants: "...He will wipe out every tear from their eyes and death will be no more, neither will mourning nore outcry nor pain be anymore...Write because these words are faithful and true." (Revelation 21 chapter, verses 3-5.) This is truly a comforting situation to pray for is it not? | 1 |
