Dear Ms. White & family , I hope that you receive this letter. I wanted to tell you how sorry I am at Ryan's death. Yesterday, I was watching the news and learned of Ryan's death. I cried so hard all day, I just can't believe he died. My only consolation was that he was in a better place at peace, no more hatred and no more sickness. He was a beautiful person with a heartwarming smile. I have cut out the picture of you and him from '88, everytime I look at that picture I will remember him and all he stood for, hope, inspiration, courage and love. When he died I felt like a part of me had been ripped out. I never met Ryan but I felt like I knew him personally and that a good friend had been taken from me. I have a very hard time watching news reels of him without crying because I loved him in a very special way. I hope you will

be able to get on with your life, I truly do. I also hope that more and more people will learn more about AIDS and not be so ignorant. Ryan has left a legacy that will live on forever and that is a great & proud accomplishment. I will always remember him, ALWAYS. Because of him I will try to do my best to educate ignorant people on AIDS & help them better understand. Ryan will live with me forever. I love you Ryan!! Keep on keepin on!
Love forever to you and your family...
