Mrs. White -
I want to tell you how very sorry I am for your loss. I can only try and know how you must feel. I have two daughters age 17 & 12 and cannot imagine losing them. Our family has followed Ryan's stoiry from the very beginning. Without ever meeting you, we feel as so many others do, that we know you. We used to see Ryan in town, but were never fortunate enough to meet him. He was a very remarkable young man. I watched the re-run of the Donahue telecast yesterday when Ryan answered so many questions from the children in the audience. I believe he has helped us understand AIDS and the prejudice & fear associated with it. Even though we read and hear so much about it, it sometimes takes a child to help us see things clearer. Your son, even with his illness, blessed us all. I don't believe I will ever have anyone touch my life and effectnit as Ryan has. I am studying to be a nurse. Ryan has made me want to help the victims of aids. Bless you and your daughter, Andrea & your family. You will always be in our prayers. Ryan will NEVER be forgotten! Nancy
