Recipe: Grate the vegetables, mix them, season to taste with salt, pepper, sugar,
cooking oil, or ketchup and mayonaise.

Then twice a week all your lifetime !

It is obvious to me that the document was written by someone whose first language is not English. There are various inconsistencies through the entire document with spelling that are neither British or American English spellings. "tooths" was the word written- but the proper plural is teeth There are variations in the spelling of teaspoonful and tablespoonful "mayonaise" is properly spelled "mayonnaise"
